200ml. But it will last you for years. A very small amount goes a long way.

This is true as its a wax and not a polish a small amount covers a large area.

The work cost me £1300 not cheap but had all my plastics painted around the car as I say not cheap but the body shop I use are one of the best in Liverpool.

I bought the bumper but you then need the metal inserts and a few other pieces to go with it just depends on how much you really willing to spend.

I got all my parts from DuckworthParts +44 (0) 8444 707 381 and you will need as follows

Rear Bumper, Rear toweye cover RH, LH, Rear Exhaust Finishers RH, LH.

I already had dual exhausts its not a true dual its back box only with twin pipes, i bought a dynamic exhaust but made some modifications too get it to fit.
If you already have the dual exhaust on a pure model you may be able just to trim back the tail pipe to fit behind the bumper.Very Happy
