Post purchase follow up?

My dealer contacted me after 1 week and 4 weeks to see if everything was ok with the car, and I got receipt on handover when I signed all the paperwork. LR also sent me a letter asking me to take part in an online questionnaire.

Strange how this all works, I had a customer satisfaction e-mail from LR 2 weeks before I took delivery of the car!

Had the follow up call from my salesmen 2 days after collection, guess he was confident of the service he provided, which in fact was good, although the were some less satisfactory elements to the purchase, not the salesmans fault.

Just checked my e-mail in box, I have another satisfaction survey form!!!

No contact from dealer after receiving car just an online questionere.

Got an email to take part in an online survey... didn't need an after care courtesy call as i was back twice in a row with minor problems to be sorted out!!!

I got a courteous call from customer services telling me my car was ready to collect at my dealers, I replied "Thankyou, I know it's on my drive!"

They can't really keep up with every order the way it's going at the moment.

Sadly I also was back to my dealers long before any call was needed, they did still check up a bit later though!

I did get a online Questionnaire asking me about how my repair went. Strange as I have never been back to a dealer since December.
Could be that LR think that after 5 months, there car must have gone back for something so send out a automatic email

I got my V5 Reg doc about 3 days before I'd paid for and collected my car, I've had my Evoque almost 4 weeks and still haven't had any follow up call or CS questionairre from LR.

My dealer is an absolute joke come to think of it.
72 hours later and I'm still waiting to be called back about a few issues I am having with the car.

At this stage I don't think I could hold my tongue on the phone with him so I will email instead.
