Yes it is the same motor as the Focus ST250 (EcoBoost). I have a Focus ST250 downpipe and decat at home waiting to be installed. I just need to get the time to take it for fitment

RE: Performance Assecories for Si4

I bet that'll make quite some difference to your Si4's output and sound too! You must pop up a video with sound clip once fitted, Buddy Cool. Do you plan to have it remapped to make the most out of your new zorst? In the UK we wouldn't get through an MOT without a cat, but perhaps some exhaust manufacturer will come up with a nice MOT compliant 200 cell sports cat for the Evoque at some point! That would be pretty cool, but alas, I am still repeating to myself over and over, .."MUST NOT MODIFY, MUST NOT MODIFY!!!". Laughing

The only thing I would say when choosing mods designed for the new Focus ST is to remember that the Evoque is 4x4 unlike the Focus, so it may be the case that not all mods will be suitable for our cars. Can't wait to hear what else you have planned for your Si4! Very Happy Paula xx

I'm heading down this same road !

Looking at a good tune first by Viezu then physical modifications as I get used to it.

The dump pipe is an easy one after the tune and should allow a few more ponies. Still I would prefer to get a good exhaust shop to make one as factory stuff never pleases me. This way I can assure the right diameter and flow with quality products and a skilled wielder.

I have Magnaflow catback system installed on my Si4. Probably nothing to do with gas/mileage though Smile

How much difference from the oem exhaust? Sounds little raspier, but still like its out of breathe

Who knows? Smile I don't really care... my intention was to get more deep sound and I've actually got it... Not as perfect, but still much better than stock. Probably need to tune air intake, to get more power from the whole system. The reason of raspier sound I believe is right here: http://taraszb.users.photofile.ru/photo/...154954.jpg thinking about cutting this part off completely.

Well... if there's a difference - it's not that evident, except the sound... As for CAI, I think I'm done with tuning sofar, so I've never looked for one... Though I was thinking about K&N filters... But not yet ready to mess with all that cleaning and oiling stuff
