Parking aid display

Hi,
I've just got a range rover evoque. Dynamic lux 2012. It has all the cameras on it and when I press the parking aid button next to the display it illuminates but the screen doesn't change. Is that normal or should I see the parking aid screen? When I drive forward it does beep so sensors work I just wondered should it not sure something on the screen? If I hit the cameras button I can see all of that but I've seen others have a parking aid screen with black background/white car?

that comes up when the screen is turned off, other than that the reverse camera come on.

Thanks! OK so that's normal then? I don't see that diagram at all, ever. I have the front and side cameras so sure it's not like need it but wanted to know if I should have it or not? Or it's just on other models? Cheers
