Perhaps it's worth spec'ing your original order, when you pay your deposit, with every possible option that your considering so as to cover yourself should LR increase the price while you wait to get a build slot.

Then when you get the call to say your car has been moved from the holding pool to an actual order you can remove whatever options you eventually decide you don't require Rolling Eyes

I for one would be only to pleased to pay the extra cost for the roof.
With the way LR have treated me this last 7 months it would be a honour Wink

Good old LR, they know how to look after there customers.
