Got the email (recognise the surname now). Have asked Spencer and his collegue to find out from LR. Would have been an invite by email and I know of 2 customers who found it in their junk box!

Has anyone / everyone received their Boat Show tickets yet? I rang and reserved a pair on 8 Dec and they said that they would be delivered in 5-7 days - obviously we've had snow etc which may have delayed them but I still haven't received mine, and LR Marketing are not open today!

got call from LR today, tickets going out today by special delivery!

Good to hear! I was blown away by it when I saw it but it's better hearing positive comments from someone who's is buying as opposed to selling!

yes - arrived at 5, had a quick wander around some very large boats that I certainly can't afford, and some smaller ones that I can't afford either! Then free champers in one of the bars, followed by speech by Ben Shepherd and the LR bods, then the unveiling - White 3 door (auto lhd)and Red (which certainly looks better than on the pc screen!) 5 door (lhd). Sat in the White one and it does feel good. Then loads of free food (sticky chicken, thai prawns, duck roll, hog roast, choc puds - I'm sure you get the picture) plus entertainment - acrobats, dj, band. Left about 9. Nothing on the RR site yet, but I expect that will post something as they have for the other 'launches'. Prices are still to be finalised, but confirmed start of £30k. One guy from LR confirmed to me that builds start May with delivery starting Sep. I will upload photos when I have reduced their size.

Thanks cjfp for the photos, it looked like it was a very busy event. I was hoping they were going to show some new colour combos – it looks great in White and Red but I can't see myself getting one in either one of those colours. How luxurious did it feel? The car I saw was a very early prototype with a black interior. As I’ve always had cream & wood interiors in my RR’s the one I saw felt more sporty than luxurious to me. Did they give anymore timescales for options info and pricing?

Hi Blackseries,

I was at the event last night. The cars had a quality feel. Both were prestige level trim with the stitched leather dashboard.

I was only told that prices would be available 'soon' and that proper orders (where you get to decide on spec) would begin in May.
