RE: Ordered my Evoque today :)

Congratulations epicevoque,
I ordered mine last September and although the dealer had it in early March I'd told them I wouldn't collect it until April. The thought of getting the Evoque got me through winter and then in June I drove it on a European holiday to the south of France and in to Tuscany, did around 2700 miles and it didn't miss a beat. I was at the 1st birthday get together at Gaydon today and met up with felllow evoquers, we all enjoy driving and talking about our evoques. If you get chance try to visit the Halewood factory you might even see yours being built.

Pure SD4 5 door in Orkney Grey with Tech Pack, Xenons, Pan Roof, Auto dim mirror, Gloss black Dynamic grill upgrade, Roof, sde vents and waist rail wrapped in gloss black, Front Fogs, Style 4 Alloys and Spare Wheel - Collected on 6 April.

Hi,

first of all congratulations for your excellent choice Smile. It is not very common that someone is hoping for a later delivery, but i think this way round the waiting time will be shorter from a psychological point of view Laughing.

I checked my contract (german contract according to german law) and it says I have to pick up the car 14 days after it is ready for handover.

Anyway i would read the contract very closely, so you will not get any bad surprises.

Ordered: 04.07.12
Build Date: 30.10.12
Day of collection: 28.11.12 ( the wait is almost overVery Happy)

Hey thanks for the good advice! I'll be sure to go over it when I go back in to sign and approve the final build specs ect... That way i can make it clear when I want it and when I want the payments to start ect Smile I think the time will fly by and I'll be enjoying the car before I know it Smile still debating weather to add black roof or just wrap tho
