Has full fuel consumption figures

On my PC when opening the links it did not display in the browser but prompted to download as a PDF for each sub section - I'm using Internet Explorer 9 on win 7. Oddly on my iPad when clicking the links it displayed the content on the web page but you couldn't scroll the page.

So I downloaded each sub section and later I will compile as a single PDF and then upload to this site.

However does the full manual exist as a single PDF download?
