Off-road test X1 vs. Q3 vs. Evoque

Superb! BMW, Audi eat your hearts out...

Ideally need to know what tyres are on them all to be a fair test of course.

Look like all three are on standard road tyres.

But the difference is incredible in my view... X1 is hopelessly defeated, I can not understand, why this car is always compared with the RRE...

I agree totally.

Interestingly Land Rover ran a comparison day between the Evoque and a BMW 330 Touring, Audi TT, Audi Q5 and Mercedes E Class. The Evoque was a clear winner on road in all conditions.

The X1 in the video is an M-Sport version. Most likely it had summer performance tires, which are going to be hopeless offroad.

The Evoque is impressive offroad (softroad?), considering the lack of air suspension. There are a number of videos on YouTube showing how well it can perform.

But the primary role of the Evoque is on road, where it does a fantastic job!
