Obd2 cheap diag solution
Hello everyone!
Just tested the cheap Kiwi wi-fi obdII adapter clone (about $70 on dealextreme) and some iPhone software. Performed well.
Adapter:
Can get realtime engine parameters, read/clear codes, etc.

Wifi would be good if you have a pc near the car. I hace a bluetooth obd2 from amazom which was $40.
Not sure if it retrieves all that info, but good for checking and reseting codes.

That's pretty cool, though its a fair hike more expensive than an ELM 327. I can see the point of being able to display parameters on your phone, that's quite neat. Unless your phone or laptop doesn't support Bluetooth though (do Iphones have real proper fully enabled Bluetooth yet?) I'm not sure I get the advantage over a Bluetooth ELM 327 for £7 off eBay.
