Seems not all countries are abiding by LR's no photos till Friday rule. These are from a dealer in Italy.

I think this confirms that a td4 comes with a single pipe.

Re the single exhaust or not,

From a French dealer (ostensibly after confirmation from LR)

Only the following versions are equipped with twin exhaust pipes:
1) all versions SD4
2) all versions Si4
3) all versions of Dynamic

All Pure versions at 150 horsepower (2WD and 4WD) will only have a single exhaust outlet.

Another version of the story - this being from a claimed LR rep on one of the forums states

The number of tailpipes is both related to the level of finish but also the engine. A Dynamic Range Rover Evoque will always be equipped with two outputs regardless of the engine. Pure Luxury version or in SD4 and Si4 engine has two outputs, The TD4 and eD4 version will have only one exit.
