Nottingham Event

Just back from Nottingham.... What a disappointment !

No Manual Gearbox cars !
No Element interior to view !

Then the drive... well.... told it was to be 55 minutes.. so you would assume a reasonable drive ... not so... Average speed of 16mph.. took you on the nottingham ring road in rush hour. Very few miles but plenty of stand still and slow moving traffic.

Didn't get a proper field for the car !

Who ever decided on the route made a huge error. They could have turned left rather than right out of the event and gone down dual carriageway country roads and everyone would have enjoyed

RE: Nottingham Event

Can't comment on the route, but as they're the same cars as previous events it's already been said, no manual, no element.

RE: Nottingham Event

I have to agree about the route not being great but I did have fun on the roundabouts...lol
I see one guy mashed up one of the wheels and had to be recovered when he hit the centre reservation on the large roundabout on the A610 just after the changeover point.

Loved the cars though!!
