Metal on metal noise at low speeds

For a while now I'm getting an old metal on metal noise, noticeable at low speeds, e.g. in a car park with window down.

I've reported this to Marshalls Peterborough on 2nd service in April - they fitted new rear pads as they were worn, but the noise persisted.

I had it in 3 weeks ago for this noise, they told me I needed front pads as they were now worn (I did expect that to be fair), they also 'stripped and cleaned' the back brakes.

But still the noise persists.

Last week I went back again and they sent my out with a technician, who couldn't hear it, and to be fair at the time I couldn't. But today it's clear as anything.

I am getting a bit fed up with this one, and really don't know how to get it resolved? I shall be on the phone again, but starting to rapidly fall out of love with this car.

Any chance you can record the noise and let the dealer hear it?

Hmm, I tried that thanks, but I get a lot of wind noise as the car moves, even at low speeds?
