M40 2x Evoques Red and Black

Came back from Birmingham to Banbury this morning along the M40, and saw two Evoques about 400 metres apart between, Gaydon and Warwick.

One was red the other Black,but those daytime running led's are so bright, but they do look cool on that high chunky front coming towards you.

They just make other vehicles around them look very bland! roll on November!!

What's the point of the daytime running lights?

From next year all UK new cars have to have them by law. Some countries have had that law for years.

i also saw a black one coming towards us as my girlfriend was dropping me of at birmingham airport, did look amazing with the design of the running lights.

Can someone clarifiy for me please - when at London Live, the LR bloke said that DLRs weren't on the cars yet as the regulation doesn't come in until next year and, when LR does add them, they will be integrated but aren't yet - are you guys sure you are seeing DLRs and not just the posh 'signature' LEDs (or the front fogs leds on)??

If you don't order xenons are there no drl's?

@pureevoque - I believe that is correct (at present). also I believe the rule only applies to new models and not simply to model updates (although obviously the manufacturer could add if they wish)

I thought DLR's and the signature LED'S were the same thing. Is that not the case?

Don't think so as u don't get signature leds on the std Pure halogen lights
