Yes Land Rover have already been down that road with 2010MY D4's RRS and FFRR - some of them not even holding the battery charge overnight. It appears that the problem isn't totally sorted yet. It was so serious that they recalled a lot of the cars to put them through what they called a "Customer Confidence rebuilding" program as too many people got left stranded in car parks and at airports at 3 in the morning after long flights!
