Si4---hesitates, dies, wont start until about half an hour

my Si4 recently stalled....before that it suddenly loses power, rpm fluctuates, engine dies and wont start until about half an hour later. happened twice and with the check engine light on, OBD code says its "fuel regulation"....what could this be?

Check Fuel Pump and Fuel Filter as a start.
