Oh oh! Restricted performance and red triangle!

Yesterday restricted performance and the red triangle kicked it. Stopped switched off and waited a few minutes and all ok. 2 minutes later it happens again. I then notice there’s a hissing from the engine bay under acceleration......
Anyone have any idea what’s occurring?

This sounds like a turbo hose leak, i had couple on my old rrsport? just a guess but id check the rubber hoses for any obvious splits or damage

Thanks for the advice. All fixed now. It was a split in the intercooler hose.
