Just back from the Audi dealer (Satnav s/w update for the current A5) and one of the sales people said that there are 6 month waits for diesel Q5 and 9 months for the Q3 due to a shortage of engines.

Unless Berman found a stock car then he is in for another long wait...

So far LR has worse dealerships. In my case both the manager and the sales rep were basically jerks, have no professionalism and babbling like habitual liars. Even when I got frustrated and ready to walk away, they threatened to call lawyer and sue me. On top they showed no remorse or regret. Very sad to see such a behavior from higher end product sellers.

Benz, Beamer have are so much courteous than these cockduckers. Even Lexus has amazing dealer ships, they offer more than any other dealer, not to mention their service is marvelous.

LR should offer a leadership course for their dealerships. Or buy locks.

Yes but at least they told you and were realistic about delays, Some JLR dealers seem not to want to do this.

Why don't JLR allow us to buy direct online?
