Latest battery

Hi all
Can anyone please tell me the latest make of battery put into the new Evoques, I have an older model and apparently they are not up to the job, my Evoque is in for second service on the 9th and was gonna request they put in a new one as mine is still have havin a fee low battery issues, and yes I have had the update.
Also do you think they should replace the battery free of charge?

I asked the same question on here a couple of weeks ago.
Didn't get any direct response to that - but yesterday we had a "Terrain Response is not available - Drive Carefully" message appear, this goes together with the daily "Gearbox Fault" message, and the dead-if-left-more-than-a-week battery.
So I will most definitely be pressing for a free change, not least because I've raised concerns about the health of the battery before, and each time they tell me they tested it and its fine.

Just had my original battery go dead after less than two years of use. And the problem is that you can't get the gear shift out of PARK in order to roll it onto a tow truck when battery is dead. It took two jump batteries and two sets of cables for the tow truck driver to get it started so he could put it in neutral and then roll it onto truck for delivery to Land Rover shop. Do not ignore a weakening battery. You could get stuck, really stuck.

you can get it into neutral without the battery - but it's difficult to get it changed if the dealers deny there is a problem

They put an Interstate battery in mine a couple weeks ago. Its a group 94R battery FYI
