LUX Pack Options - TV/Park Assist is it worth it?

I'm now thinking if I should let my dealer know if I can change my order from the options I have selected to the LUX pack as there's an overall savings compared to adding a few more options (which I'm considering).

However those that have chosen the LUX pack do you think the TV will get much use, I sort of find it hard to believe. On a trip say with your friend or partner it seems somewhat of an odd isolated environment created at the front with one watching TV and the other just driving. On most trips with my wife we either listen to music or talk (saying that we have not been married that long so maybe in 10 years I may wish to tick this box).

Also Park Assist has been around for a while now (think Toyota first brought it out in 2004), but do you think the technology has improved?

Previous reviews never really rated the feature. As it's new to LR do we know if it's a hand me down technology from whom ever supplies other car manufacturers.

Arrived 22nd December - SD4 Dynamic Auto, Fuji White, Panoramic/Contrast Roof, Dynamic Plus & Lux Pack

"oh cool" definitely leads me when buying things like this. I can be sensible at work. My Evoque, on the other hand, is going to have all the pointless, cool stuff, just for the hell of it...!

That's why I didn't go for the lux pack. I personally do think it's pointless. Having said that many would say the same about the plus pack which I have gone for.

I'm just a techno freak, I want the the techno stuff simply because its there. Sadly though, just found out today that Dualview and Rear Entertainment will not be available for South Africa. So much for customisations
