LR028187 - Dynamic front tow eye cover

Hi guys
Just wondering if you might be able to give me a quote for one of these please? A front tow eye cover for a 2012 dynamic evoque? Including shipping to Glasgow please?
Also do they come ready painted black?
Local dealer has quoted me about £104.
