Issue with the front bumper/fender

I have a MY2012 Dynamic Coupe, everything is great, no major complaints. Today I noticed this... I have no idea how it happened. Its the front left bumper/fender. The bumper was not hit by anything and it was not broken/cracked yesterday. Do you guys think its possible that this happened cause of the sun?

Can this be repaired or do I have to change the whole Bumper? Any help?

I just saw this issue with another person in another forum, their picture looks just like mine. Their evoque is also black and a 2012.

Could it be an issue with the manufacturing of those bumpers? How do i proceed with this..

Have you tried washing the area around the joint with a cotton bud (strong shampoo mix).
Has the car been waxed with a chalk based liquid wax?

Taking that steps to remove the White line have failed, going by the pictures I would say it's the lacquer peeling back around the joint. This can be confirmed by a local body shop.
