I think the Q3 looks better on the road than I expected but is very colour sensitive, white is awful and as for the launch orange... Black looks good. Even so, it sits in the Evoque's shadow.
It's a cramped car inside and I really like the spacious cabin of the Evoque. Just ack from driving in the torrential rain, very sure-footed.
The car which will challenge the Evoque is the Porsche Macan which might have it running scared. If there's a problem with the Evoque, it's the small engine bay which would appear to restrict their choices for moving the car up market.

Must admit I am a bit of a geek when it comes to LR, I have stacks of books and brochures, it's nice to look back and see how the cars have moved on.
