Incontol no longer recording journeys.

So I've had my 2014 dynamic lux for over a year now and occasionally use the app to check my journeys. Over the past 2 weeks, the app keeps saying my vehicle is parked at my mums house when clearly it isn't. Also it no longer records journey waypoints. The subscription is until July 2017. Warranty is about the same time too. Any ideas on what the problem is?

Is the sat-nav working normally?

Yes sat nav is working perfectly. The app still records journey time, distance and mpg etc, except it doesn't record the route anymore.
