How to look up package details?

I picked up my Evoque from the dealer w/o going through the ordering process, therefore I'm not sure what package is included in my car. Some obvious ones are it's a 5-door Dynamic, with surround camera, Navigation (not sure if it's HDD), 20-inch. I thought it has the tech pack since it has the camera and Nav.. but it doesn't seem to play DVD (or any video) or have any HDD to store CDs.
The dealer cannot provide much help here... Is there a place where we can look up the package details? maybe from the vin #?

You can look up your VIN number on TOPIX which will give you the full spec. If it has the 8" screen then it should play DVDs unless the spec is different for China. Also I think there is only one Nav system which is HDD based so should also store your CDs.
