How to fix broken rear reflector??

I am new to this forum so apologies to begin with if I have posted this in the wrong section. I managed to break the rear reflector on my evoque by reversing into the other car on my drive. I assume this is a reflector and there is no bulb behind please correct me? How can I find the part number of the broken plastic and can it be repaired without taking off the rear bumper? If it is required to remove the rear bumper what tool would I need? [Image: 3c35a27d1d7fb56aca77afa0c32be296.jpg]

RE: How to fix broken rear reflector??

Welcome to the forum Chris. We have a forum sponsor - Duckworth's Land Rover who would be able to help you with the part number and supply it. I don't know if the rear bumper has to come off or not, but Dan@Duckworths would be able to tell you. As you say it looks like the reflector bit of the rear fog light.

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

I was going to say there is a Sponsors Link at the top of the website, but he's not on there!?

He has his own section in the forums

It's a bumper off job, you'll need need to buy a new fog lamp unit. Should take about an hour to take off, change the unit and put back including time for a cuppa and random swearing Smile

You're looking around 85 quid for a new one Sad

These couple of videos will help, should you do it yourself.

Ordered: 25th Jan 2012 - Completed: 8th March 2012

Dynamic Coupe SD4 Auto / Fuji / Pano Roof / Tech Park 2 / Style 6 Alloys / Privacy Glass / Adaptive Xenons / Black H'lining / Cold Climate Pack / Auto-dim Mirror / Aux Heater / Roof Rails / Mud-flaps
