Heigher passenger seat on Dynamic

I can not believe we can not change the height of the passenger seat on Dynamic ! only possible on Prestige. We can not even order this function, like the Dynamic was not prestigious enough.... unbelievable for a car at that price ! Smaller passenger are really low in this car.

Anybody knows how we could change this ?

You could order a new seat base with the height adjustment (part numbers LR026733 for manual at ±£325 / LR026736 for powered seat at ±£345) and the height adjustment mechanism itself (part number LR028225 at ± £140) and then go about the extremely arduous task of removing the offending seat, dismantling the entire thing and re-assembling with new seat base....you may also need some new plastic bits for the height adjustment button etc. so probably add another £50.

So yes, for ±£500 and more work than you would ever want to imagine it can be done.

Or use a cushion.

I agree, lack of seat adjustment (drivers too) is my only issue with the dynamic. I suspect this will be an update on my13 vehicles. I remember the early RRS didn't have one touch window control for passengers and this was later introduced.

This is my ONLY GRIPE of my Dynamic.....in fact its very very annoying!

Put prestige seats in it and call it a "Dynamige"

A mechanical seat riser of EG 20mm could be a soloution if making it perminantly would help, a company in a magasine makes them already for the Defender though making some would not be that hard I dont think.

Is it correct, that PURE has got this feature? If yes, it is unbelievable, that DYNAMIC does not!

Ok, this thread confused me, because I thought that the driver's seat on DYNAMIC does not have this feature. After checking my specification I am glad, that the driver's seat is height-adjustable. Puuuh, that makes my day

Pure and Dynamic both lack this function. Only the Prestige has it.

In fact it was one of the major reasons for me to have chosen the Prestige (wife is fairly small and in a Dynamic she couldn't see a thing).
