Heated seat not working

As per the title, the passenger heated seat isn't working.(2011 Prestige Coupe)

the dial lights up ok
the fuse is ok (swapped for drivers seat fuse and fault doesn't alter)
the relay is ok
so far as I can see the wiring loom under the seat is ok although its very limited access under there

im calling into the dealers (non LR) on the way home, as I payed extra for what appears to be a decent warranty and ive had the car less than 2 months.

anyone got any thoughts as to the possible fault and repair cost ?
