Has your build/delivery date been put back?

Thought I'd start a thread to see if there any other anxious, confused & disappointed customers who may have been told their Evoque order has slipped back?

I've ordered Dynamic Si4 Petrol, 5 door in Fuji White back in June, with an initial build date of 16th Sep, but now been told it will come in December!

Reason given to me;
1) Supply problem of Xenon Headlights

Am I alone or are their other frustrated customers in the same boat?

Ordered mid april. Original delivery 2nd November, now december 9th. Yes both disappointed and frustrated.

You did bloody well to get a build date of 16th september for a June order.
Arrived 16th December 2011: 5 door Prestige SD4 auto in Barolo black with ambience interior, pano roof, privacy and 20" style 6 alloys.Very Happy

Ordered end of March - delivery indicated end September but actually build date third week Oct - mine 3rd Nov 'ish
Fingers crossed 29 days to delivery and I've not had the dreaded call yet!
Arrived: SD4 Prestige Auto Coupe with Lux pack. Ipanema Sand with Black Panoramic Roof
Ambience Interior with Macassa wood.

Now a Jag XFR Kyanite Blue - wow what power.
At home and superb.

Build date originally 27th Sept.

Now its ................THIS FRIDAY!....Smile

Original delivery date 9th Dec
New delivery date 23rd Dec

No reason given.
Delivered: Evoque 5 door Prestige SD4 Auto 4WD, Orkney Grey, Fixed Panoramic Roof, Ivory Headliner, Vibe Interior, Spare wheel, 20" Chrome Shadow Style 7

Ordered on 17th July with a build date of 25th November and delivery on 8th December. Advised last week that build date now 16th December and delivery on 30th December.
5 door Pure SD4 auto in Firenze Red with Tech and Style packs + Bi Xenons.
GOT IT, AT LAST ! Very Happy

Emailed dealer today to confirm build date or if there have been any changes. Seems like everyone is having theirs knocked back. Praying mine isnt!

Ordered April 2011.
Advised build date 15th Sep.
Advised delivery date 26th Sept.
Actual build date 19th Sept.
Actual delivery date 29th Sept.
I am sympathetic to those that have had their deliveries delayed but some cars have been delivered on time as promised.
Hope fully LR can recover from the Xenon shortages and catch up by increasing the factory output.Very Happy

Build date was the 9th Sept, then put back to the 14th, delivered to dealer last Friday,
pick it up on Wednesday this week.Very HappyVery Happy

Oh balls!

Ordered late June, build date confirmed on launch day as 30th Nov, Delivery 8th December.

Will have to check tomorrow, really hope its not delayed, planning to take her skiing on Dec 14th...........
Arrived: 4WD SD4 Auto, Prestige, LUX Buckingham Blue w/everything apart from rear screens.
Current/ For Sale: C63 AMG Estate.
Gone: RRS TDV8, F360, Boxster S x3, F328GTS, Caterham etc...
