Greedy dealers...........?
I have heard rumours that there are some greedy dealers out there charging an "administration" fee on new Land Rovers. After some inquiries I have been advised that Land Rover does not approve of admin fees on new cars so if you have placed an order recently check your paperwork for anything described as an administration fee, apparently the "going rate" is anything between £75 and £150 so watch out for them in your invoices/ order forms. Note that the charge is on new cars not on used ones. These charges are dealer imposed and not LR imposed so query them. If you have found you have been subject these charges don't hesitate to name and shame the dealership.
A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.
