Congratulations. Only way I can upload a photo is to send it to myself and get the mail manager to alter the size down. Edit in paint on a windows pc( just rub out the number plate), or in iPhoto using the 'touchup' facility

Thanks ceebee I'm just round the corner from you. I'm getting the car paint treated with autosmart products in the new year by the guy that does my valeting. Send me a pm if want more detail?

I wasn't sure about getting any aftermarket treatments done as I blew my "extras" budget on the wheels & panoramic roof (lol).

If I did have any money left I would have bought a great private plate that would suit me very well, but my better half says I am not allowed as I have spent too much to start with. (i don't want say what the plate is as I am currently saving up for it).

Tell you husband that he is a good 'un for hanging in there as I know it would be very easy to have just cancelled and walked away, (as a few on the forums are considering), but as soon as you are in one, the misery of waiting is more or less forgotten straight away and there is not much else on the road that can touch an Evoque, so second best is a long way behind (in my opinion).

Yep I have a private plate on my Merc and another 'parked' at mo so will probably put that on in the New Year.

Hubby just bought new RR Autobiography-the cars look great side by side-his one complaint is that his says Land Rover on the front grill and steering wheel-shame!
