Are things on the up?

Of course, any news that things are improving is welcome. It's good to hear the number of shifts is up and we hope that the number of cars will go up in proportion. As for mine, the latest of many delivery dates is 9 weeks from now so we'll see if there's any improvement. I don't think I will hear anything from my dealer until the car is actually there and they want their money.

Still nothing for me. 6th October- really starting to get frustrated now. At least if over a 2 month delay had been advised it might have been easier to take. As you say, ill probably only hear when they want the money;

gw76, which dealer did you order from?

Ill wait until I get it before shaming the dealer incase they sabotage it...!

Car finally arrived at showroom "just" 44 days late, could have been worse. Arranging collection for Monday hopefully.

Just read LPs post, car has also been built ahead of delivery forecast.

My original delivery date was mid-November...it got put back to mid December but is now on track for collection next week.

So a two week delay from the original date. And two weeks ahead of the revised schedule.

Not too bad considering. Having said that I placed a deposit in October 2010.
