Are things on the up?

The advised 5-7 days from build date a bit ambitious for me, now been waiting 9 days and no sign... and it now 9 weeks late

Has you dealer confirmed that it is built?

Hi gw76, Mine was built same day... I pick it up tomorrow, So doubt yours will be much longer probably just depends on the transporters for your area.

Hi. Mine was delayed from early Nov to early Dec. Got the call today that the car is built and is being delivered to the dealer! Looks like things are improving!

Things could indeed be on the move. Just been told that my build date is now this Saturday (came forward from 8th Dec), so if all goes well it looks like I may even have the car this year!

This sounds really good news ... and I'm hoping that I get that call soon. So this thread is very promising and upbeat, but the the "Apparently Further Delays" thread is a lot less so, and a bit concerning.

We need some clever mathematician on this as yours has come forward by 11 days, at this rate of production, how soon before the factory really catches up big time?

mark_n are you reading this, I think 13 weeks might start diminishing.
