Lol, I was typing quickly on my iPad on the train!

I managed to get 4.9% APR through ING variable linked to LIBOR. Fantastic rate and very happy! Interest charged only on remaining balance so will reduce over period.

They wanted me to call back in Feb for my (expected March) delivery, I was hoping to have everything in place before then

LR said they'd quote me in this month to 'lock in' the 2011 rates, and if they went down in 2012, they'd requote in Jan, or if they went up, I could stick with the 2011 rates.

At the moment I have no quotes, and no feel for the real figures (other than the indications on here).
