Excessive vibration

Can anyone please help? My car is now 16 months old but we have had this vibration issue for 8 months. We have taken the car back to the dealer on 4 separate ocassions with this issue and told them we don't want this car back. They say that because the car is over a year old we cannot, now, reject it! Land Rover are now only taking this seriously as they now only realise the severity of vibration as we now have video evidence to support it.

No vibration, but would be useful if you would post up the Video...? or link to you tube for example?
