I think it should be mentioned for those not in the UK (and therefore can't view BBC iPlayer) the video is in fact a drama program / soap....... so not real life.
Thank goodness, otherwise the UK streets would be carnage - however plenty of work for "Casualty"

Dynamic Fuji driver, if only he had lux pack, then he would have got in the car easily with keyless entry, and got connected to Bluetooth when he switched on the ignition.... Thereby, not causing a nearly fatal accident.... As the saying goes, every little helps....
