EGR COOLER - REPLACEMENT

So I have a coolant leak - quite visible from under the car rear of engine , 2012 sd4 50 k miles

I have taken it to an independent garage and got an idea of the cost of the part form ebay

just wondering if its possible to know how many hours work this is to replace ? do main dealers have a kinda chart of how many hours particular jobs should take ?

just want to be sure that the labour cost is reasonable
