Dynamic rear bumper plates

Anyone have paint missing on the upper corners near the exhaust trims? I have chrome missing on the exhaust aswell and the trim id not in properly on the drivers side? Is the tow hole behind this side?

I think some pictures would tell a thousand words...

I have just been to the dealers and they are ordering a new silver trim as it appears buckled do to not being seated correctly. Will take a picture later but this rear bumper appears to be patched together like lego. Not the sturdiest of designs.
