Loss of Infotainment Connectivity

I got in the car his morning and the system was unable to connect to the iPod, USB and Bluetooth to the phone.
This isn't the first time. At lunchtime I will try it again. However this has happened once before and corrected itself after a coup,e of hours with the engine off.
Has anybody else experienced this before? And if so - is it a known issue?

(All of the devices (except for the phone) are left in and connected all of the time).
