Same Problem in gib and Spain, think its more to do with scooters squezzing between cars when they are parked up. Also attitude is different, people don't fix small dings or anything, just the culture here.

yes i dont think the body shops are up to much here. i remember when a friend when to pick up her car from a renault body shop, it looked like they had done a ok job.
then i opened to boot and you could hear the broken glass which had not been cleaned out, rolling around inside

then upon close inspection we found all sorts of problems.

had similar problems myself at a ford garage.

I'd just kill her, pure and simple...after she has paid for full repairs.

Commiserations Vinda! I know how you must feel as had 2 of my cars done in car parks and never caught the culprits, Make her pay for repairs, she needs to learn the lesson...
