Does anyone know if the dampers or shock absorbers (is that the same?) can be viewed by technicians to
see if the are the corrects one and correctly installed ?

Do u have an issue with the weird sound coming from the shocks?

No just I think the ride is too hard. I don’t remember the demo car begin like this, but it may
have had Adaptive damping (
