Just realised that in all the years that I have had cars I have never put a glove in my glove box 
Pure Coupe SD4 Manual; Fuji White; 19" style 5 wheels; Addaptive Xenons; Auto Lights, Wipers and Rear Mirror; Folding mirrors with cool puddle lights. Magnoflow Exhaust finishers

I suppose yes it may feel nicer if it was a soft open or a more solid latch but does it bother me?......... No.
