no, that depends also on the rims i guess cuz i have pirelli verde on mine which are also all season, but nothing beats the winter tyre when it gets to snow ( I know this by living in Kazakhstan and Switzerland, and we do get quite a bit of snow)

+ its mandatory in swiss to have winter tyres, but even if it wasn't i would still have a set anyway....

4wd doesnt help you stop any better either, that requires 1 thing that winter tyres give you more of... grip!
