Change manual seat to fully electric

Would it be possible to change manual seats to fully electric ones? Is the wire loom the same and would it work without seat memory module? Target is to get height adjustable passenger seat.

If you want to raise the seat "permanently" it is quite easy, you just need to remove two bolts on the rear legs which lock the seat in position. Adjust the seat to the right height and drill two new holes in the seat base to lock.
