Blind Spot issue

Hi, I just bought a SD4 aug 2015 last week.
After a computer check there a no visible errors.
Only the blind spot warning system don't work at all.
The orange dot is burning in the left mirror and never go out.
I know ho this system works and have check all.
I don't get a warning message.
What can I do to fix this?
