Emergency key access? Are you talking about the central locking/unlocking button, because it is n't just for emergency use you can use it any time. I have the autolocking in motion function of my car disabled and that button will lock all the doors with one touch

I'm referring to the one that you need to ply off the door handle cover and insert-and-turn the metal key blade to unlock from outside when the remote key fob is not working (dead battery).

Yes indeed - that's the one my dealer was referring to as well. Still an awesome car, niggles notwithstanding
