I'm not entirely sure what you mean, but I assume you're talking about some sort of artificial taper to seat the nut into the wheel itself?
in which case, it doesn't matter - as these are tapered to start with.

My RR sport had these type. They have this washer under them from the factory. Just wondering if the the factory evoque lugs have this also?...and if so, would the lock nuts require it to work also?
