Best Device Mount

Has anyone found any good mounting cradles or brackets? The passenger can rest devices on the lower lip of dashboard, directly in front of them. However, the driver has less room.

This is the best mount I have found, after extensive research. It is from IQ Smart Solutions, see here for more images.

   

It has a 3M sticky panel that, if kept clean, will hold down any flat-backed device so it does not launch up into the windscreen like a missile. This mount also has USB-power output from the side.

   

If you have seen anything similar, please advise. Also, if anyone has managed to mirror a phone display onto their dash-console screen, please share a picture of your set-up.
