Anyone Install the Boot/Trunk Liner VPLVS0090 ?

Hi regarding the boot liner. Can it be used with the rear seats up as well as down. I pick up my 2014 Dynamic next week and have a German Shepherd.

Can't believe there are suddenly two threads about boot liners when I've had an unused one on sale on here! It is now gone, but I'd rather a forum user had benefited as it was less than half price (£60 including postage). It only sold yesterday (on eBay)!
