Another Down Under

Picked up my Evoque a couple of weeks ago now.
It's a MY16 HSE TD4 180. Santorini Black, Ivory/Ebony interior, pano roof, heated seats, parking pack, LED headlights etc.

Here's a quick photo of it taken out in Victoria's Yarra Valley (if you drink wine you'll know the area).


My last car was a MkV Golf GTI so this is a bit of a change.

So far I'm loving the Evoque. The diesel and handling is quite impressive and whilst it wouldn't perform like the GTI, it doesn't feel like a slug.

I've been down the modding path with past cars and to be honest, don't have a lot planned for the Evoque, however like the GTI, I'm keen to look at a re-map to squeeze a bit more out of the engine. I'm waiting for Superchips to get up to speed with the new Ingenium engine. Also probably look at some coding of the CCF to see if there are any extra setting/features that can be tweaked.

Looks great. Will you get much use out of the heated seats

Believe it or not, it does get cold down here. Granted, not as cold as the UK but do you guys get much use out of your air con?
